Strange...the Lupin III void.cat link works, but the Anne Happy one doesn't...

Checked the latter link myself, with the same results. Please take a look at the original post for the Anne Happy scene, as I have replaced it with a working, downloadable link. |

There's a Korean Anime by the name of 신비아파트: 고스트볼 X의 탄생 (I don't know the actual english translation)
Episode 10 I believe, that involves a mud-covered ghost lady.
One scene doesn't actually show the main girl sinking, but it cuts to where she's already chest-deep in mud
